1. Use of Site

This website is provided for customers to request quotes, book services, and manage their accounts. You agree not to use this site for any fraudulent or illegal activity.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, Joslin Solutions is not responsible for errors in automated quote estimates caused by incorrect data entry (e.g., inaccurate window counts or square footage). Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site inspection.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Joslin Solutions reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and images on this site are the property of Joslin Solutions and may not be used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Joslin Solutions is not liable for any technical issues, site downtime, or data loss resulting from the use of this website.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. We accept Cash, Card, and professional payment applications. Total compensation is based on the finalized quote provided via our booking system or adjusted on-site for accuracy.

Joslin Solutions utilizes flat-rate pricing based on standard residential parameters (homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. and standard debris levels). Client/Customer acknowledges that additional surcharges will apply for properties exceeding these parameters, including but not limited to: Estate Fees ($150.00 for 2,500–4,000 sq. ft.), Mansion Fees ($250.00 for 4,000+ sq. ft.), and Gutter Overflow/Clog Fees ($50.00 for excessive blockage or plant growth). Solar panel cleaning is priced for arrays up to 24 panels; a surcharge of $10.00 per panel applies thereafter.

Joslin Solutions will provide a revised quote for approval if these conditions are identified during property review or upon arrival at the job site.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES (Pre-Arrival)

To ensure a safe and effective service, the Customer agrees to:

  • Close and latch all windows and doors tightly.

  • Clear the work area of vehicles, outdoor furniture, and breakable items.

  • Ensure all outdoor water spigots are accessible.

  • Keep pets and children indoors during the service.

4. LIABILITY & DISCLOSURES

  • Soft Wash: We use professional-grade surfactants. While we rinse landscaping, we are not liable for plant stress due to pre-existing drought or runoff.

  • Water Infiltration: We are not responsible for damage from improperly sealed windows, doors, or pre-existing defects.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Cleaning may reveal hidden scratches or "blown" seals (fogging). We are not liable for these pre-existing issues.

  • Hard Water: While we use DI-water (and 0000 bronze wool as necessary for windows), we cannot guarantee 100% removal of etched-in mineral stains.

5. ACCESS & PHOTOGRAPHY

Customer grants property access for service. We may take before-and-after photos for quality insurance and marketing (personal details like house numbers will be blurred).

6. CANCELLATION & WEATHER

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to high winds, heavy rain, or other situations to ensure safety.
